Questions
- What counts as a suggestion?
- Asking Midpage to carry a sentence on, or to shape a bridge or expand an idea you asked for. Checking continuity when you press the button is separate — it uses your plan's writing help allowance, not the suggestion count.
- What does “words remembered” mean?
- The total length of the books Midpage is looking after. Nothing is ever deleted if you pass it — Midpage simply stops taking new pages into memory until you move up a plan or put a finished book away.
- What happens to my books if I stop paying?
- They stay yours. You can read, edit and export everything you have written, on any plan, including none. The help pauses. The manuscript never does.
- Is my writing used to train anything?
- No. Your manuscript is never used to train a model, ours or anyone else's, and it is never shown to another person without you sharing it.
- Can I change my mind?
- Move up, move down or stop at any time. Paid changes go through the billing page once checkout is open; in soft beta, ask us if you need a plan moved by hand.
